From Delivery to Ongoing Operations: FPU TRUNOJOYO 01 Marks Four Years Since First Gas
23 October 2026 marks four years since the TRUNOJOYO 01 floating production unit (FPU) achieved first gas. As the first production unit operated by OceanSTAR Elite (OSE) together with its partner, TRUNOJOYO 01 continues to support natural gas supply in East Java, Indonesia, helping meet local energy needs.
Over the past four years, the unit has maintained a record of zero lost-time injuries (LTIs) and 100% uptime, reflecting OSE’s continued commitment to safety, operational reliability and stable production.
With a gas processing capacity of up to 175 million standard cubic feet per day (MMscf/day), the FPU was built in just 15 months from first steel cutting to construction completion. OSE works alongside its partner Timas Suplindo to ensure the unit’s long-term operation and maintenance.
From engineering and project delivery to ongoing operations, TRUNOJOYO 01 demonstrates OSE’s integrated capabilities across the offshore project lifecycle and the value of sustained collaboration among project teams and partners.
