PTSC and OceanSTAR Elite Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement to Expand Offshore Energy Collaboration
On the evening of 23 June 2026, PTSC held a gala dinner in Nantong, Jiangsu, to celebrate the Naming & Sail‑Away Ceremony of the LDV FSO. Representatives from Murphy Cuu Long Bac Oil Co. Ltd. During the dinner, Murphy Oil and PTSC AP formally signed the Sail Away Certificate , signifying that the LDV FSO project had successfully completed its shipyard construction phase and was officially ready for departure to the field.
PTSC and OceanSTAR Elite signed a cooperation agreement. Under the agreement, the two parties will focus on collaboration in floating production, storage, and offloading and related offshore energy facilities, covering multiple types of floating units including FPSOs, FSOs, and FPUs. Leveraging their respective strengths, they will work together in engineering and technology, project development, procurement support, project execution support, and related professional services, aiming to deliver more competitive and integrated value‑added solutions to clients.
