OceanSTAR Elite Congratulates PTSC AP and Murphy Oil on LDV First Oil
As the EPCC contractor for the LDV Floating Storage and Offloading facility, OSE is proud to have contributed to this milestone. Following steel cutting in February 2025, the FSO celebrated its Naming and Handover Ceremony on 23 June 2026 and departed Nantong on 21 July for deployment at the field.
We sincerely thank PTSC AP and Murphy for their trust and collaboration, and all project partners and team members for their dedication throughout execution. We are proud to celebrate this shared achievement and wish the LDV field safe and successful operations.
